Starting position: Lie flat, facing up. Place both of your hands down on the floor, facing down.

Form: Lift your legs to a few inches off the floor. Hold!

Reps: Do 10 reps of 30 seconds. Count off.

Notes: For more difficulty, hold longer. (Yes this is the simple, classic leg lift!)

#29. The Resuscitating Fish

Starting position: Lie flat, facing up. Place both of your hands down on the floor, facing down.

Form: Lift your legs to be a couple inches off the floor. Hold there for 10 seconds. Raise your legs slowly to 45 degrees. Hold for 10 seconds. Lower to a few inches & repeat 3 times.
